Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice University Library

The Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice Library serves the faculties and other facilities of the UPJŠ as well as other bodies. Its mission is to promote learning, teaching and the scientific research process and to create the conditions for the promotion of all forms of education and learning. The Library fulfills this mission providing consultations, documents and information and equipment to support teaching, learning and research.

The Library carries out bibliographic registration of published work by teachers and scientific and professional employees of the university, and it stores and makes these materials available to the public. It also provides information services to scientific and professional employees of the university, to students of all forms of learning and to members of the public.
