The Prešov University of Prešov Library is the scientific, information, bibliographic, co-ordinative and advisory workplace of the University. It provides complex library and information services for all students, teaching and administrative staff but especially for the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Humanities and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Management and Faculty of Sports. University Library services are used by more than 10,000 readers each year. The Library collection has approximately 290,000 volumes of books including 9,000 volumes of periodicals. There are six reading rooms and study rooms with 230 study seats available; 44 computers are connected to the Internet.
