Ministry of the Interior - Directorate General of Public Administration

The Directorate General of Public Administration is responsible for: (i) the elaboration of the concept of activities of the Ministry; (ii) the complexity and correctness of its decisions, proposals, documents and materials; (iii) the elaboration and implementation of resolutions of the Slovak National Council, the Government of the Slovak Republic and its bodies, and the Security Council of the Slovak Republic; (iv) creating the conditions for professional growth and strengthening the business discipline of staff sections; (v) economic and efficient use of resources; (vi) protection of classified information; and (vii) creating the regulations to protect its work, provide the appropriate working conditions and issuing internal rules.
