Slovak Radio Archives

The mission of the Slovak Radio Archive is to collect, create, make available and provide documentary and information sources for the creation of radio programmes and to administer the archival collections of written, music, video and audio documents that have been produced by the Slovak Radio over the period of its existence.

Centrally, the Archive provides management of all types of information used in Slovak Radio, specifically information acquisition, registration, storage, provision and distribution for broadcasting. In addition, it processes archival, audio, documentation and library collections and score papers into the computer network. It also manages all the archive-information databases for the needs of Slovak Radio editors and the public.
