Managed on behalf of the city government by C K Cruiser Ltd, Prešov City Information Centre provides information to visitors and locals on tourism, cultural, sporting and other attractions in Prešov, books accommodation, organises guided tours and sells maps, souvenirs, cards and publications about Prešov in particular and Slovakia in general. Additional services include advance ticket sales for cultural events and advertising, copy and fax services. It also offers a full range of travel agency services including ticket sales, domestic and foreign tours and holidays, insurance and bus/rail tickets.

A member of IATA, CK Cruiser has been part of the tourism market since 2000. Initially its activities focused on the sale of air flight tickets and on work and travel programmes for young university students. Gradually its product portfolio was widened and it now involves the sale of holidays abroad (agency sales). Most recently it has begun to focus on domestic tourism, especially spa and wellness stays and active tourism catering for groups from Ukraine and the United States.

This organisation is a member of the Association of Information Centres of Slovakia (AICES), Liptovský Mikuláš.
