An irregular four-wing building constructed around a central courtyard, Brämer Mansion originated in the late 16th-century as a reconstruction of an older, Late Gothic building. The mansion underwent a further Early Baroque refurbishment during the early 18th century when a northern courtyard wing was added, and was restored in Classical style at the start of the 19th century.
Following restoration work towards the end of the 20th century it became the seat of the Museum of Hungarian Culture in Slovakia SNM in 2002.
