The primary objective of Pezinok Municipal Information Centre is to offer a comprehensive and up-to-date range of tourist services for Pezinok and the Little Carpathian region and to satisfy the requirements of domestic and international tourists and business travellers.

It is also responsible for (i) maintaining a database and collecting, updating making accessible free of charge information about the town of Pezinok and the Little Carpathian region, including information about history, culture, services, tourism, accommodation and catering facilities and bus and train timetables; (ii) distributing promotional materials about Pezinok and its region; (iii) distributing the regional newsletters Pezinčan (Pezinok Dweller), Pezinsko (Pezinok), Pezinský podnikateľ (Pezinok Businessman), Pezinský magazín (Pezinok Journal) and Vidiečan (Villager); (iv) providing office services (copying, fax); (v) mediation of guide services in foreign languages (English, German, Italian, French); (vi) sale of souvenirs, maps, tourist maps, postcards and other publications relating to Pezinok and the Little Carpathian region, including tourist passports, stamps and DVDs.

This organisation is a member of the Association of Information Centres of Slovakia (AICES), Liptovský Mikuláš.
