DLR to Catford

DLR are carrying out a feasibility study on a southward extension from Lewisham to Catford.

The feasibility study on this southern extension is not publicly available but was expected to have been completed in May 2006. Initial findings showed extensive difficulties moving southwards from Lewisham because the low position of the station itself would mean extensive & expensive reconstruction either deeper in the ground or on viaduct.
